Computer System

HT-Link

We work together with our customers to create the electronic customer service system (HT-Link). With the HT-Link, customers can now check the production schedule and complete the print sheets approval online. Customers can also provide their comments in any specific area throughout the production process online. HT-Link cut down 70% of email communication and reduces approval time. The advantage is that clients can interact with our production coordinator24/7 in our printing centre and we can provide fast-response to any printing issues.

ERP System

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system was developed in-house to support a wide range of online customer services. The ERP system has enhanced the production management and monitoring process. Each project will be given a unique tracking number (HT code). With the HT number on all sales, production and logistic documents, every single project can be tracked. The information is logged and passed back to the centralized ERP system. With the exclusive login account, clients havet access to our real-time sales & production tracking information.

QA System

Through our Quality Assurance (QA) system we ensure that a project is on track with scheduled deliverables and within budget. QA is conducted using independent quality reviews to determine the project status and make recommendations to the clients. The regular evaluation of project performance provides the confidence that the project is progressing in a satisfactory manner. Project processes are monitored to maintain quality and minimize risk.
